That 70’s Show star Danny Masterson will face a RETRIAL on three counts of rape

Actor Danny Masterson is facing a retrial on three counts of rape after a judge declared a mistrial last year.  

Jurors in the ‘That 70s Show’ actor’s trial were ‘hopelessly deadlocked’, and Mastersons’ defense has submitted a motion to dismiss. 

The Scientologist actor, 46, has been charged with raping three women, including a former girlfriend. 

Authorities say the attacks took place in his Hollywood Hills home between 2001 and 2003 after the church advised them against going public.

In November, a jury of six men and Six women told Judge Charlaine Olmedo in Los Angeles that they were unable to reach a decision after four days of discussions.

Masterson pleaded not guilty to all three charges, with jurors saying they were ‘not even close’ to coming to a unanimous decision on the counts.
