On Tuesday, Aerosmith announced that their frontman Steven Tyler entered a treatment program after relapsing on pain pills following foot surgery.

The four-time Grammy-winning band issued a statement informing fans that they must cancel their first set of Las Vegas residency dates scheduled for this June and July at Park MGM as the 74-year-old rocker concentrates on his health and recovery. 

‘As many of you know, our beloved brother Steven has worked on his sobriety for many years,’ the statement read.

‘We will continue our 2022 dates starting in September, and we’ll let you know any further updates as soon as we can. We are devastated that we have inconvenienced so many of you, especially our most loyal fans who often travel great distances to experience our shows.
