Tina Arena posted to her social media on Thursday to show off a stunning outfit in a sultry photo.

The award-winning 53-year-old Aussie pop singer looked half her age in the Instagram selfie which quickly attracted 2,744 likes in just 24 hours.

Best known for her chart topping hits of the ’80s and ’90s, Tina dazzled in a figure hugging off-the shoulder black cocktail dress she wore on a recent night out.

Featuring a daring bust line and a split hem, the petite songstress matched the dazzling frock with a chic set of classic black stiletto high heels.

Styling her long dark hair in a fashionable collar bone cut, with a flattering side part, Tina made the most of the look with two maxi-size hoop ear rings.

The star accessorised with a pair of simple gold bangles. She held a pair of tortoise shell spectacles in her right hand.

For make-up, Tina went for elegant highlights on the cheeks and eye brows.

The singer, who shot to fame on the television program Young Talent Time in the 1970s, was fiercely outspoken during the years of the pandemic, especially in regards Covid-19’s impact on live music.

In March, 2021 Tina revealed that she has no plans to cancel her panned tour despite concerns about indoor concerts.

Speaking to Stellar magazine at  the time, she said she was confident that it was  safe to go ahead.

‘I’m not cancelling my tour. I refuse to. I don’t feel it’s fair to work on a concert under the guise it may not happen. We need to get on with our lives,’ she said.

The Sorrento Moon hitmaker added: ‘I miss live music. I miss looking forward to something.’

Tina added that she believes there is hypocrisy in allowing sports events to continue while the music business has been largely shut down.

‘I just don’t understand why sporting events have been allowed to continue while major live-music events haven’t.’
