Exclusive to April, who has been in the beauty industry for 40 years, the Buccal Fusion Facial is a unique treatment designed to give facial muscles the attention they deserve both inside and outside the mouth.
It was made famous when Meghan Markle admitted she was a huge fan of the facial back in 2019.
‘Often neglected, the muscles within the face require stimulation and movement to maintain tautness and vitality – just like the rest of our bodies,’ April says, adding that she unites a blend of detoxification, stimulation, and relaxation.
The 90-minute facial balances holistic facial therapy with an uplifting sculpting facial massage to leave the skin visibly firm and lifted.

Her inside-out rhythm claims to sculpt and awaken the complexion by improving blood flow, stimulating natural collagen production, softening deep lines, and sagging whilst easing muscle tension.
It’s also perfect for those who struggle with jaw clenching, teeth grinding and tension headaches as it welcomes newfound oxygenation within the skin, releasing unwanted tension and igniting optimal blood flow and circulation.
The facial isn’t all Simone swears by for a stunning complexion, with the model previously raving about the gentle antioxidant cleanser from O Cosmedics, their B3 + serum and the Alpha H Daily Facial Moisturiser.

She also loves the 100+ SPF sun milk by MISSHA, Dr Dennis Gross Peel Pads, the Dermalogica spot treatment, Sunday Riley Sleep Oil and prescription Retin-A.
‘I drink a lot of water and stay out of the sun. I also never wear make up when I’m not working and get regular facials,’ she told Zitsticka.
‘I also obviously use a lot of acids; I’m constantly peeling or burning something off.
‘I also do violent contouring with a jade roller and use French nipple cream on the lips. Also you know those Bio-K shots you get at the supermarket; the probiotic ones? Put that on your face as a mask, because it’s full of enzymes and whatnot.’
