Saving Mr. Banks star Ronan Vibert dies following a battle with a ‘short illness’ at the age of 58

Veteran actor Ronan Vibert has died following a battle with a ‘short illness’, Deadline has reported.

According to the publication, the sad news was confirmed by his management team.

Ronan passed away at the age of 58 and was known for works including Saving Mr. Banks, Rome, Dracula and The Snowman.

He leaves behind wife Jess Vibert. 

According to the publication, a private family service will be held soon, before a celebration of life in London.

Ronan was born in Cambridge and grew up in South Wales but in recent years moved to Florida in the U.S.
