Roxy Jacenko divides fans after sharing photo of her ‘giant spider web’ Christmas tree: ‘I thought it was still being delivered in glad wrap!’
Celebrity publicist Roxy Jacenko has divided fans after sharing a picture of her family Christmas tree.
The 42-year-old shared a photo to Instagram and described the spider-web like silver tinsel creation, a ‘masterpiece’.
However, some of her fans didn’t agree and her post received mixed reviews.Â

Featuring a star on top and styled with a large mirrored ball at its base, the Christmas trees design of lace-like tinsel, was called a ‘cluster-f**k’ by one shocked follower.
More than one commented that the festive styling appeared to be incomplete.Â
‘I thought it was your tree being delivered in glad wrap,’ messaged another on Roxy’s post.
‘LOL – I’m sure photos don’t do it justice,’ they added.

Roxy’s choice to obscure the branches of the tree proved controversial for one fan, who said, ‘At first I thought it was a giant spider web – I can’t see any tree.’
Meanwhile, Roxy’s Christmas celebration managed to lure some praise.
‘Adopt me,’ gushed one fan. Another said: ‘This is the best Christmas tree I’ve ever seen.’
While, one friend messaged Roxy, simply: ‘Love’.

It comes after Roxy Jacenko faced criticism over her eleven-year-old daughter Pixie’s extravagant Christmas wish list.
Roxy made headlines on Tuesday after she uploaded a photograph of Pixie’s hand-written list, which featured a $9,000 handbag and various pieces of designer fashion.Â
While some followers found the post amusing, others accused Roxy of ‘spoiling’ her daughter with materialistic goods rather than teaching her to be humble and charitable.
Roxy and husband Oliver Curtis, also share a son Hunter, who is eight.
