Road rage horror as a person is stabbed with a pen on a busy highway in Sydney’s south

A person has been stabbed with a pen in a road rage incident on a busy highway in Sydney’s south.

The victim was taken to St Vincent’s Hospital after the incident in Botany at about 4pm on Monday.

Two southbound lanes on Southern Cross Drive between General Holmes Drive and Botany Road have been closed to traffic. 

Two of three lanes have reopened but drivers have been advised to allow extra time for travel and to exercise caution.
