Rihanna ‘is gearing up to announce a massive comeback tour following her Super Bowl performance… heading to UK stages for the first time in 7 years’
She’s set to make her comeback with a spectacular half-time performance during this year’s Super Bowl.
And it appears that’s only the beginning for Rihanna, who is now reportedly gearing up to announce a global tour too.
The Umbrella hitmaker, 34, has taken time off from performing and touring over recent years, last performing in the UK back in 2016.
Seemingly confirming an epic comeback, a source told The Sun: ‘She has her North American dates ready to announce for 2023 after the Super Bowl and it will be a matter of time before European dates are announced for 2024.’
Rihanna has also been spotted spending time hard at work in the studio over recent months, and is said to be focusing on her Super Bowl performance.

The mother-of-one was confirmed to perform at the massive sporting event back in September, bagging the coveted half-time slot.
The Super Bowl is the annual final playoff game of the National Football League to determine the league champion, and will take place on Sunday 12 February.
And it appears she’s making 2023 her year, as a source told The Sun: ‘Her plan is to set up mini residencies in major cities rather than visit multiple places’.
While they added that the star is hoping her return to music goes smoothly and is kept short and sweet, as she focuses on brands Fenty Beauty and Savage X Fenty too.
MailOnline has contacted Rihanna’s representatives for comment.Â
Rihanna last toured in 2016 while promoting her eighth studio album Anti, kicking things off in North America, before circling Europe and finishing off in the United Arab Emirates.
While she hasn’t performed on stage since the 2018 Grammy Awards, which was held at New York’s Madison Square Garden.
And the star has got a good excuse for her absence from the music industry, from pushing several businesses to becoming a mother.

She welcomed her first child, a baby boy, with beau ASAP Rocky, back in May 2022.
And in addition to transitioning to motherhood, Rihanna has been focusing on her cosmetic company Fenty Beauty and lingerie brand Savage X Fenty.
Her comeback comes around a similar time to that of other female pop queens such as Beyonce and Madonna – who are both headed for world tours.
While Beyoncé is taking her latest album Renaissance on the road, with her tour beginning in Europe this May before concluding in North America in September.
She and Rihanna have went in similar directions, as this tour will also be Beyoncé’s first since 2016.Â
