Pregnant Sam Frost gives fans an update on her health after suffering a terrifying fall

Sam Frost has updated her fans on her health after falling in her driveway. 

The pregnant star, 33, said on her podcast Jordie and Sam’s Rural Roadtrip this week that she was slowly improving but still ‘hobbling’.  

‘So last week I told everyone how I had a fall down my driveway, tore some ligaments in my foot, busted up my feet and my leg,’  she said.

‘I am feeling much better, I’m on the mend, I’m off the crutches, I’ve been walking,’ Sam continued. 

‘I do have a lump coming out the side of my foot still, I’m not 100 per cent sure what it is. So anyway I’m walking, it’s fine, we’re getting better.’ 

Sam is expecting her first child with her Survivor Australia star fiancé Jordie Hansen, 26.

The pregnant star fell down in a driveway, and ended up tearing ligaments in her foot and grazing her leg.

The couple detailed the extent of her injuries on their podcast Jordie and Sam’s Rural Roadtrip earlier this month. 

‘Do you know what I love about you, Sam?’ Jordie began. 

‘No matter what, no matter how you’re feeling, no matter how much you’re hurting, as soon as the microphones come on, you always turn it on and give it your best self.

‘I’m very proud of you, you’ve got a really sore ankle at the moment, it’s blown up like a balloon.’

‘I fell down my driveway,’ Sam revealed, before adding: ‘Fell down the driveway, tore some ligaments in my foot, got a huge-a** graze on my leg.’

‘If you see a pregnant lady hobbling with some crutches, be polite – it’s me.’

Sam announced she was pregnant in an Instagram post in September, posing alongside her fiancé Jordie while holding up an ultrasound photo.

She recently said that she’s ‘enjoying having boobs for the first time in her life’ but is missing ‘sashimi and red wine’ amid her pregnancy.  

The former Home and Away star posted a photo to Instagram on Wednesday which showed her exploring Mothar Mountain Rock Pools in Queensland’s Sunshine Coast clad in a bright red bikini top and cream shorts.

Hiding her bump, the 33-year-old pulled the shorts up to her waist as she navigated the rocks tying her hair up into a neat low bun. 

Completing the look, the actress added a pair of black sunglasses and accessorised with a bright orange nail polish.

‘Missing sashimi and red wine. Enjoying having boobs for the first time in my life,’ she joked in the caption.
