Never skip a Friday! At least that could be Olivia Wilde‘s workout motto as photogs snapped the actress leaving her Studio City gym.
The Don’t Worry Darling director and actress, 38, looked like the picture of fitness in a tiny black sports bra with thin straps that bared her chest, full-length black leggings and black athletic shoes.
Her brown hair was pulled back into a high ponytail and she donned a pair of black shades to protect her eyes from the bright Southern California sun and covered her makeup free skin.
The Booksmart director – who is being sued by her former nanny – had a white sweatshirt over one arm and carried a light blue refillable water bottle.
Her abs glistened with a post-workout glow.

Olivia is a regular at the gym and today’s snaps come just one day after the House actress was captured in another all black look at the same gym.
On Wednesday, she changed it up, and flashed her toned abs in a burgundy sports bra, teamed with matching skin-tight leggings.
This week, Harry Styles’ ex also shared some new ink she got on her forearms.
She shared three photos of her arms with the sleeves of her sweater rolled up, revealing two different constellations on either of her arms.
The mom of two with ex Jason Sudekis playfully captioned the post, ‘Running out of arms,’ and added gold star emojis.
One arm pays tribute to the astrological sign of her daughter, Daisy, six, and the other highlights the Taurus zodiac of her son Otis, eight
The everyday workout photos and tattoo reveal comes amid some more personal drama in Olivia’s wife.
News recently broke that Wilde’s former nanny filed a wrongful termination lawsuit against her and ex Jason.

Ericka Genaro claimed that she was fired after requesting a medical leave in a suit filed in the Los Angeles County Superior Court.
Genaro claims that her doctor had prescribed her a three-day medical leave in 2021 to deal with the stress of the Wilde and Sudeikis’ messy split.
But when she told Sudeikis, the suit claims, he ‘fired her on the spot.’ She is now seeking back-pay, punitive damages and the costs of attorneys fees.
Genaro has previously told DailyMail.com how the Horrible Bosses star would text her about his concerns as Olivia Wilde started to see Harry Styles more often, before bringing Genaro on a trip to London.
But the former celebrity couple quickly hit back at Genaro’s claims, calling them ‘false and scurrilous.’
Drama at home: The director has been facing drama in her home life ever since she split from her ex Jason Sudekis
Lawsuit: The former couple’s former nanny filed a lawsuit against them this week
They repeated that assertion in a statement to DailyMail.com about Genaro’s lawsuit, saying: ‘As parents, it is incredibly upsetting to learn that a former nanny of our two young children would choose to make such false and scurrilous accusations about us publicly.’
‘Her now 18-month long campaign of harassing us, as well as loved ones, close friends and colleagues, has reached its unfortunate apex. We will continue to focus on raising and protecting our children with the sincere hope that she will now choose to leave our family alone.’
Genaro’s lawsuit details how she allegedly got put in the middle of the celebrity couple’s divorce after ‘Wilde abruptly left the home where she lived with Sudeikis, her two kids and Plaintiff as [a] live-in nanny’ in November 2020.
‘Wilde’s sudden absence from the home had an adverse consequence on its emotional state, including Sudeikis leaning on the presence of Plaintiff for support,’ the suit claims.
‘Although this shared trauma created a bond between Plaintiff and Sudeikis, Plaintiff became increasingly anxious and stressed with Sudeikis’ tendency to seemingly require Plaintiff to stay up at night after the kids were put to bed to talk, whereas that dynamic did not occur before Wilde’s absence.’
