Ms Halake is seen at court on Friday. She said the footage of the alleged incident was ’embarrassing’
Footage of the incident allegedly shows Ms Halake hurdling over the service counter and helping herself to food while shouting abuse at staff members.
Upon leaving court on Friday, Ms Halake was asked if she’d seen the footage that has since gone viral.
‘Yes I have … embarrassing, it’s embarrassing,’ she replied, The Advertiser reported.Â
Customers at the time of the incident could be seen watching on in shock as Ms Halake allegedly yelled obscenities and carelessly tossed a bag full of food.
She then allegedly grabbed a burger box and shoved it with food, before grabbing a drink out of the fridge while staff members chased her around the store.Â

‘I’ll beat you up and I’ll leave,’ Ms Halake allegedly told one worker.
Police arrived moments later to detain the woman behind the counter.
During Friday’s court appearance, Ms Halake’s lawyer, David Moen, asked for his client’s case to be adjourned.
He said that he is yet to receive a copy of allegations or the court file, nor been given instructions from Mr Halake.
Ms Halake will remain on bail and will face court again in May.
