A harbourside café that was a local for entertainment royalty Nicole Kidman and Keith Urban has just been sold for a whopping $1.03million.
The bolthole café is located at the base of the Latitude accommodation complex, Millers Point, North Sydney, where the glamour couple own a penthouse and three other apartments.
The sale price indicates the retail market in the sought after post code is soaring reports Realcommercial.com.au.

The little eatery went for $35,517 per sqm – a new dollar-per-square-metre record for Millers Point.
Nicole, who grew up on Sydney’s north shore, first bought a penthouse at the Latitude in 2009 for $6million from Wizard Home Loans founder and Celebrity Apprentice star Mark Bouris.
In 2012, the Hollywood star purchased the apartment next door for $7 million.

The 53-year-old much of the global pandemic Down Under with her family, and only last year splashed $2.78million on an apartment below her penthouse, according to Domain.
The Oscar-winners sub-penthouse pad boasts two bedrooms and an incredible Harbour views thanks to a wide balcony and floor-to-ceiling windows that line the living room.
The sleek apartment also has a modern kitchen and access to a heated pool, gym and sauna.

The Hollywood couple also own a $2.68million 19th-floor apartment in the block, which they use as a home office when they’re in Sydney.
Her four apartments in the Latitude building, like her Southern Highlands farm Bunya Hill, are all held in company name.
Nicole hasn’t owned property in her own name since 1993 when she bought her younger sister, Antonia, a one-bedroom apartment in Mosman for $81,000.
