Strictly Come Dancing’s Nadiya Bychkova and Kai Widdrington packed on the PDA as they joined EastEnders‘ Bobby Brazier and Danielle Harold in leading the raucous departures from the 2022 National Television Awards.
It was the biggest night of the year for stars of the small screen and spirits were high as the team made their way home from the star-studded event.Â
Nadiya and Kai couldn’t keep their hands off each other as they cosied up together for a cute smooch before heading off hand in hand into the night.Â
The professional dancer wowed in a strapless champagne dress with rhinestone embellishment and Kai certainly seemed to be a fan of the look as he pulled her in close for a romantic moment.Â

Meanwhile Bobby wrapped an arm around his EastEnders co-star, who looked sensational in a fitted black dress.Â
The cosy display came after he split from his girlfriend Liberty Love in July. Yet last month, Bobby sparked rumours that they had reconciled as he shared a loved-up snap of the pair gazing at each other while lying in the grass.
In recent weeks, Bobby has also reportedly grown close with co-star Ellie Dadd, who plays Amy Mitchell, 17, after they both joined the BBC soap opera earlier this year. Yet she wasn’t seen at the star-studded NTAs.Â
The action-packed evening saw Phillip Schofield and Holly Willoughby booed by some members of the audience, before This Morning was announced as the winner of Best Daytime Award.

Other notable winners at the ceremony – held at the OVO Arena in Wembley, London – included Ant McPartlin and Declan Donnelly for Best Presenter, Anton Du Beke for TV Judge, Peaky Blinders for Returning Drama and Emmerdale for Serial Drama.Â

Phillip and Holly faced considerable backlash, with a petition for the presenters to be removed from television altogether reached 73,000 signatures.
The furore began on Friday September 16 when the presenters’ approach was contrasted with that of football legend David Beckham the same day.

After being seen on the official camera feed inside the venue, the pair said they were there to make a segment for This Morning’s show which would air four days later.
Holly and Phil have not commented on the matter since issuing a statement on This Morning in which they insisted they ‘did not skip the queue’.Â
The Mail on Sunday revealed the star’s names were not even on the accreditation list when they made their controversial visit to see the Queen lying in state.
The names of their production team were instead used to help them gain access.

ITV insisted it would not give out the personal contact details of on-screen talent to the Palace of Westminster authorities.Â
The email addresses of programme editor Martin Frizell and another member of the production staff, who accompanied them, had been used instead.
The source involved in the media list told The Mail on Sunday: ‘When they got there, their names weren’t on the list so there were some discussions and – after some back and forth.Â
‘Phil and Holly were given access and they were ushered through. The whole thing caused a bit of a hoo-ha.’
Holly has been relying on support from her friends to get her through the controversy.Â
Despite the fact that calls for Holly and Phil to be sacked could land Alison and Dermot the role as full-time hosts, sources say they have remained loyal.
Phil and Holly are reportedly paid as much as ÂŁ600,000 for presenting the daytime show from Mondays to Thursdays, with Alison and Dermot filling in for Friday’s show.
