Former Love Island star Georgia Harrison has revealed how the stress of her revenge porn hell at the hands of Stephen Bear nearly killed her – as she says her jailed ex-boyfriend is still yet to apologise.

Ms Harrison, 28, was left devastated shared a sex tape of the then couple on adult website OnlyFans after footage was captured on CCTV in his garden in August 2020.

Bear, 33, appeared remorseless as he was jailed for 21 months and given a restraining order not to contact his former partner earlier this month.

Speaking to The Sun, Ms Harrison said she now plans to sue Bear for ruining her career and spoke of the moment she first discovered the footage was being sold online.

She logged on to Bear’s OnlyFans to find a screenshot of him on top of her in his garden.

Ms Harrison said: ‘He put the caption as something along the lines of: “Sign up now for 50 per cent off to see me f***ing this b***h in my garden”.

‘It made me feel so violated. All I’ve ever done was be good to him as a friend and as more.’

The stress of the discovery caused Ms Harrison’s hair to fall out and, on one occasion, she had to be rushed to hospital.

She added: ‘When it first happened, the physical effects on me were just horrific. I had acne come up all over my face. I ended up getting a cyst infection, the cyst eventually burst, and I was in hospital from stress.

‘They said my kidneys, my pelvis, and multiple organs were infected, and I was going into septic shock.’

She also said Bear is still yet to apologise for the ordeal, despite having now been sent to prison, and has made her feel like ‘my feelings don’t matter’.

It comes as it was claimed this week that Stephen Bear is a ‘broken man’, has been ‘crying for days’ and is on suicide watch because he never imagined he would be jailed.

Ms Harrison said Bear had ‘completely lost touch with reality’ and believed he could ‘do what he wanted, when he wanted’.

She said she told her ex-boyfriend that if anyone saw the footage, it would ‘ruin my life’ and change it ‘unequivocally’.

On the day of the sex tape, the pair were only friends but had consensual sex at his home in Loughton, Essex, but Ms Harrison had no idea they were being recorded.

She said when Bear showed her the footage, she told him ‘never to send’ it to anyone and ‘made it plain how upset she would be if he did’.

Ms Harrison said she saw Bear send the footage to someone on WhatsApp later that day, and later that year she was made aware that it was circulating online.

She said her state of mind was ‘really not good’ for months after discovering the footage had been shared online, adding that she felt ‘used and violated’.

Ms Harrison will recall her horror in greater detail in her ITV2 documentary, titled Revenge Porn: Georgia vs Bear, for which first trailer was released this week.

The show, which will air at 10pm on March 20, will see Georgia meet fellow victims of revenge porn as she attempts to process her experience.

She said the documentary will include voice notes and conversations with Bear in which he denies it was her in the video, as well as denying he had shared it.

Ms Harrison is now suing her ex-boyfriend for loss of earnings, saying ‘people don’t realise how much this damaged my career’.

She added: ‘I’ve gone through two years of being dropped by every brand who ever worked with me. My career was thriving prior to it.’

Speaking in the new clip to promote her documentary on Tuesday, Georgia said: ‘I was silenced for so long and I literally suffered in ways the public really never got to see.’

‘This documentary is about my personal revenge porn story and how this crime is affecting individuals and society in general.’

‘My hope is that by sharing my story, I can bring some faith and reassurance to those who have suffered from similar experiences. And I also hope to educate the younger generation on the seriousness of this crime and just how devastating it can truly be.’

She continued: ‘I really want to help inspire other victims of revenge porn and let them know that they have absolutely nothing to be ashamed of.’
