A sprawling 323-acre compound complete with a 5,000-square-foot doomsday bunker has gone on sale for $6 million in Michigan.

Buried deep in the woods, the expansive property has been described as ‘unprecedented’ and perfect for a ‘self-sustaining lifestyle.’

But the home’s ‘piece de resistance,’ according to its advert, is its 30-foot-deep bunker which connects to the main home via an underground tunnel.

It is decked out with a soundproof gun range, two kitchens, four bedrooms, three bathrooms and two concealed entrances and exits.

And it even features a raised plant bed with lights to stimulate food growth,

The mansion, which also includes two private lakes and a greenhouse, is being sold by Mary Noneman of Five Star Real Estate.

‘The most unique experience upon entering is the 5000 square-foot-bunker, boasting all one could ever require or desire for off-grid living,’ the listing reads. 

It adds more than $10 million went into the property’s development. It was originally listed for $7 million but its price has since dropped to $5,999,9999.

‘This magnificent and unusual, potentially off-grid compound includes an approximately 13,500 square foot mansion overlooking a beautiful lake, a 5000 square foot bunker, gorgeous greenhouse and expansive pole barn,’ states the ad.

The main residence features six bedrooms and nine bathrooms. Three other homes also sit on the property including one designed for a caretaker, a stone cottage and a lakeside residence.

The estate offers a range of ‘recreational possibilities’ which include a movie-theatre, an in-home spa and lap pool, infrared and dry saunas, a steam room and a yoga studio. 

What’s more there is a decorative fountain on the ‘professionally landscaped’ grounds.

And the idea has gained popularity thanks to the post-apocalyptic series The Last of Us, which features prepper named Bill who sets up a fenced community for himself to survive.
