‘Gonna take a hell of a lot more than this to keep me off the ice!’ Michelle Heaton hobbles on crutches after injuring herself during Dancing On Ice training
Michelle Heaton has shared a snap of herself hobbling around on crutches after sustaining an injury during Dancing On Ice training.
The Liberty X star, 43, took to Instagram on Friday to reveal she fell while practicing on the ice with skate partner Lukasz Rozycki, after her son AJ, eight, had come along to watch rehearsals.
However, Michelle implied that the injury to her knee wasn’t too serious as she remarked in the caption that it was ‘Gonna take a hell of a lot more than this to keep me off the ice!’

The image shared to social media saw Michelle looking cosy in a grey Calvin Klein sweater, grey bobble hat and black leggings, with one leg pulled up over her injured limp.
The singer also shared another image of AJ and Lukasz beaming for a snap with Michelle’s knee seen at the front, captioning the snap: ‘Sore knee.’Â
Captioning her post, she penned: ‘If @torvillanddeanofficial bring in an element #toepickfall I think I have it covered.

She continued: ‘Today I had a very early session with my @icelukasz and AJ wanted to check it out before school.. he got to check out how mummy falls anyway

Michelle will appear on the next series of Dancing On Ice alongside ten other stars, with this year’s lineup including actress Carley Stenson, comedian Darren Harriott, Love Island star Ekin-Su CülcüloÄŸlu and TOWIE’s Joey Essex.
Also set to take part are footballer John Fashanu, Coronation Street star Mollie Gallagher, Olympic gymnast Nile Wilson, actress Patsy Palmer, The Wanted’s Siva Kaneswaran and Drag Race star The Vivienne.
Michelle signed up for the 2023 series of Dancing On Ice according to insiders, as part of her plan to relaunch her career following her battle with drink and drugs.

Before the injury: Ahead of her tumble, Michelle was raring to go as she arrived for early morning skate rehearsals
An insider told The Sun that her motivation for taking part is her two children Faith, ten, and AJ, eight.
They said: ‘She wants to push herself and make her children proud of her. She is raring to go and cannot wait to get out onto the ice.’
Michelle is already working on another major reality show as it was revealed last month that she is currently filming for the fifth series of Celebrity SAS.
The hit Channel 4 show sees celebrities sign up for a condensed version of the hazardous training course utilised by the United Kingdom Special Forces.
Michelle will star alongside TOWIE’s James Argent and former health secretary Matt Hancock in the upcoming series.
