Maya Vander goes from Selling Sunset to South Beach as she opens up her own real estate agency in Miami

Maya Vander has gone from Selling Sunset to selling South Beach, and beyond. 

The 40-year-old has opened her own real estate agency in Miami.

The reality star made the big announcement Friday on Instagram, in a post in which she’s posing with three new partners next to a luxury home.

‘Introducing… The Maya Vander Group team!’ she wrote. ‘So excited to continue to share this new chapter. Miami we’re taking over!’ 

‘We are all working hard & pushing everyday. We love and respect our clients, which is SO important in order to be successful in real estate.’

She then encouraged potential customers to contact her and follow the new business on social media.  

For the publicity photo, Maya wore a body hugging beige dress and neutral pumps, displaying her toned legs. The other women were dressed in shades of white. 

Selling Sunset co-star Jason Oppenheim responded with a ”Yes Maya!!!!’ and  Davina Potratz  wrote ‘Proud of you.’

Fans of the Netflix show learned in the season five finale that the 5’7″ beauty was saying so long to Los Angeles for South Florida after watching her split her time between the two cities.

The mother of two, who was pregnant and expecting her third child with husband David Miller at the time, decided she wanted to spend more time with her family rather than jetting between two coasts. 

In a 2021 interview with the Dominick Nati Show she confessed, ‘I’m probably not going to be a full-time cast member because it’s going to be difficult for me logistically to do the back-and-forth again, especially with a third child.’

After filming for season 5 ended in December, the family experienced a devastating loss when she suffered a stillbirth.

In addition to launching her own company in Miami, Maya has also created her own online real estate training course, Keys to Becoming a Top Agent by Maya Vander.

The ambitious agent has said she would be up for her own Miami based reality show, such as Selling Tampa or Selling the OC, telling Distractify, ‘The real estate is so great and sexy [in Miami].’

‘I would love to do something here. I think there is a tremendous amount of potential. If I don’t have to hop on a flight for five hours back and forth in 48 hours, I would definitely do it.’
