No dad bod here! The Bachelor’s Matty Johnson shows off his Adonis-like physique while swimming laps at the Bondi Icebergs pool

He may have his hands full with two young daughters, but ex-Bachelor Matthew Johnson hasn’t let go of his gym routine just yet.

The 35-year-old, who recently married long-time partner Laura Byrne, showcased his muscular body while swimming laps at Sydney‘s famous Bondi Icebergs ocean pool on Wednesday.

The shirtless reality star displayed his various tattoos, including the outline of a rose on his right forearm.

Matty was pictured resting on the edge of the pool while soaking up the summer sun before sliding back in to practise his freestyle stroke.

Later, he put on a singlet and was seen exiting the pool with his buff biceps on show.

‘I don’t really have a strict plan; it’s more about doing what I enjoy… except leg weights. I need to force myself to do them and grow my chicken pins.’

Last month, Matty finally tied the knot with podcast host Laura Byrne, five years after they met and fell in love on The Bachelor.

The couple exchanged vows at Cupitt’s Estate near Mollymook, on the NSW South Coast, in front of friends and family.

Proudly displaying their love in front of their guests, the pair wrapped their arms around each other and enjoyed a passionate kiss after saying ‘I do’.

Matty referenced his time on The Bachelor during his wedding speech, joking he had to ‘work his way through 24 other women’ before getting to Laura.

He first shot to fame on Georgia Love’s season of The Bachelorette in 2016, before becoming The Bachelor himself a year later and meeting Laura.
