‘Cameron made it clear to Lyndall he wanted to stay out of conflict on the show,’ an insider told the publication. ‘That’s not why he was there.’

They added further: ‘He was taken aback – he thought she was focused on their relationship and not on all the drama.’

Tension is set to reach fever pitch after Lyndall puts herself in the middle of a quarrel between co-stars, Caitlin and Shannon.

The move sees Cameron questioning if ‘Lyndall is the woman he thought she was.’

‘Lyndall is only trying to help the other couples, she’s so loved within the show that she has friends everywhere, but she’s forgetting about the most important marriage – her own,’ the source added.

Cameron and Lyndall’s wedding was practically a fairytale in scenes which aired earlier this month after the couple connected immediately after meeting at the altar.

In her moving vows, Lyndall explained why she decided to join the experiment in the first place while referencing her cystic fibrosis diagnosis.

‘For a long time, I thought the kind of love that I needed didn’t exist and that I’d never meet someone with a similar view of life to me.

“Or simply, that the kind of love I wanted wasn’t for me to have. That long-lasting, life-changing, soulmate kind of love,’ she said.

‘[My partner] has to know what a pleasure and a gift it is to be here, and because of that they want to live their fullest and happiest life.

‘I want someone who feels that way about me, because that’s exactly the way I feel about everyone and everything in my life.’

After continuing to bond at the reception, Lyndall later decided to explain her diagnosis to Cam and what a new, life-changing drug meant for her.

‘I have a chronic illness called cystic fibrosis. I don’t know if you know anything about it,’ she asked Cameron, to which he nodded.

‘I know about it. We had a mate pass away… it’s where you have trouble breathing,’ he emotionally replied.
