Seb Guilhaus has opened up about his physical and mental health struggles as he prepares for a challenging venture.
The 30-year-old former Married At First Sight star, who is now an OnlyFans creator, detailed his fight but shared that he’s working on improvement while training for a bodybuilding competition this month.
Sharing the honest admission to his Instagram Story on Tuesday, Seb posed shirtless next to a boxing bag that was hanging in a gym.
‘Fighting myself mentally and physically every day,’ he wrote.
‘To feel better, stronger and more able to offer the people around me my best self.’

Last month, Seb revealed the extent of his mental health struggles in another candid Instagram post.
He revealed that he’s ‘on a waiting list’ to see a psychiatrist.
‘It’s been a turbulent little period and as a result my training has been stop start which doesn’t give me assurance I can bring my best body and mind onto stage next month. Everything needs to go right for that to happen,’ he said.

‘I’m still on a waiting list to get the assistance needed from a psychiatrist so I’m not confident I can string enough smooth steady progression in amidst the brain explosions lol.’
He continued: ‘We will see how I go. I’m feeling great atm, I’ll keep doing what I can to move forward.’

The body builder hit back at his critics in a a heartfelt Instagram post on Sunday, saying that he is still the same kind-hearted Seb that fans grew to love on Married At First Sight.
‘Hey everyone. A lot of people are thinking I’ve lost the plot entirely with my recent endeavours and abrupt posting,’ he said.
‘After my experience on MAFS I was regarded as a gentleman… kind hearted and respectful with best intentions. Many people on social media said they loved me and looked up to me.’
Seb, who is remembered as a sweet and unassuming character on the Channel 9 reality show, insisted that he hasn’t changed despite his new X-rated career path.
‘Now people think I’ve changed. That I don’t hold the same values, that I’m a different man because I’ve chosen to explore some ‘left of centre realms.’ I haven’t changed… my values and my character will never change,’ he declared.

‘In all honesty, I haven’t been well. My mental health has rapidly declined over the last year,’ he began.
‘Ania and I are taking a break. I won’t go into too much detail but our happiness has been suffering for quite some time.’
Seb rose to fame on Married At First Sight in 2020 when he was partnered with fan-favourite bride Elizabeth Sobinoff.
