Married At First Sight’s Ella Ding and Brent Vitiello grow ‘really close’ after filming – as he admits they should have been matched by the experts

Rumour has it Brent Vitiello and Ella Ding are more than just friends after they were both partnered with other people on Married At First Sight.
And Brent, 34, did little to quell the speculation on Tuesday when he told New Idea the pair had grown ‘really, really close’ since filming wrapped.
The venue manager revealed he and Ella, 28, both agreed they should have been matched in the experiment, but stopped short of confirming they were dating.

‘Me and Ella have spoken. We are really, really close,’ Brent said.
‘We’ve had the conversation that if we had been matched, things would’ve turned out amazingly and we were a lot more suited.’
He said they hadn’t taken things beyond a friendship just yet because Ella was still healing after her split from ex-‘husband’ Mitch Eynaud.

Brent continued: ‘We are just spending time together as really good friends, and if something happens, it does; if it doesn’t, it doesn’t. We’re kind of open to both of it.’
Mitch had ghosted Ella shortly after they filmed the MAFS reunion dinner party in Sydney in January.
The financial planner, 27, reportedly broke things off because he was upset about her staging paparazzi photos with Brent.

Their marriage was already on shaky ground by the reunion as Mitch had earlier tried to end things at their final vows, telling Ella he wasn’t ready to commit.
But they reconciled when Ella flew to the Gold Coast for a ‘make-or-break’ holiday.
Meanwhile, Ella and Brent’s former MAFS spouses are now rumoured to be dating.
Mitch was spotted looking cosy with Tamara Djordjevic, Brent’s ex-‘wife’, at a bar on the Gold Coast back in February.
And Ella said in a radio interview on Tuesday she had heard rumours the pair had started dating in secret before filming even started.
