Love Island’s Shaq left devastated after Tanya recouples with Casa Amor boy Martin

Love Island’s Shaq Muhammad was left devastated on Thursday night after Tayna Manhenga recoupled with new Casa Amor boy Martin Akinola. 

As the ultimate relationship test came to an end, an explosive recoupling saw plenty of surprises.

But none were as surprising to Shaq, who saw Tanya return back to the villa with another man.

Admitting he was ‘lost for words’, Shaq assured that this was ‘definitely the end’ for the couple.

On Tanya’s return, host Maya Jama asked her how she felt at seeing Shaq stand there alone.

She said: ‘I feel like me and Shaq have something amazing so I’m not surprised’.

Moving the question over to Shaq, he said: ‘Just lost for words to be honest.

‘I’ve been honest since day one and I actually meant it when I said I love you. But I guess not everyone means it when they say something like that.

‘It is what it is. A game’s a game.’  

Turning it over to an awkward Tanya once again, she tried to justify her decision to the group.

She said: ‘From the beginning I was coupled up with Shaq and it was amazing. 

‘But I feel like it would be silly of me to not give it more time with Martin. But it’s definitely not the end’.

Shaq, clearly heartbroken, jumped in, ‘Well it is the end for me. So good luck to you, but that situation is done and dusted’.
