‘There have been no plans for him to appear!’ Love Island hopeful James Price will NOT be entering the villa – as he’s hit by claims he had a ‘pact with Ekin-Su to fake romance and win the show’

Love Island hopeful James Price will not be entering the villa as he is hit by claims he made a secret deal to fake a romance with Ekin-Su Cülcüloğlu and win the show.

Sources claimed that prospective star James had devised a secret deal with Ekin-Su, 27, to remain on the show until he entered at a later stage, with the pair then forming a romance, according to the Sun.

However, MailOnline understands that James was never considered to be entering the villa in any capacity, with a source revealing: ‘There aren’t and have been no plans for James Price to appear in the villa.’

James Price declined to comment when contacted by the Sun.

It was reported by the publication that Ekin-Su and James knew each other through the Essex party scene, and it’s claimed the pair exchanged messages where she urged him to ‘hurry’ just weeks before she entered the villa.

A friend of Ekin-Su has made these claims to The Sun, after fearing her tactics were going too far in the villa.

They said: ‘Everybody knows Love Island can be a big machine for making money and becoming famous… Ekin just wanted a piece of that.

‘It was fine when she was just being funny and stirring up drama but it’s upsetting people now so I just felt like I had to say something.’

The insider added Ekin-Su is still convinced James will enter the villa at some point, despite reports he was ‘never considered’ to go on the show.

Friday’s night Love Island saw Ekin-Su couple up with new bombshell Charlie Radnedge, after the pair enjoyed a successful first date and her blossoming romance with Jay Younger came to a grinding halt.

Ekin-Su and Jay clashed in the previous evening after she learned he wanted to get to know Paige Thorne.

Despite originally taking the news well, Ekin-Su later had a change of heart and criticised Jay for not telling her he liked Paige earlier and told him to ‘f**k off’.

This comes after Ekin-Su was herself branded a ‘liar and an actress’ by Davide Sanclimenti, 27, in a furious row after she secretly kissed Jay on the terrace.

Love Island continues on Sunday at 9pm on ITV2 and ITVHub.
