Byron Bay mansion used as the ‘villa’ for Love Island Australia’s third season sells for an estimated $12.5million
The spectacular mansion featured in season three of Love Island Australia has been sold.
Located in the Byron Bay hinterland, the sprawling property named ‘Amileka’ was sold four months after being listed with a price guide of $11.5million to $12.million.
Amileka sits on 25 acres of picturesque countryside, and boats five bedrooms and three bathrooms, reports realestate.com.au.

It also has an outdoor swimming pool, open-air fire pit, a separate farmhouse and a spacious wooden outdoor deck for entertaining.
The expansive living quarters seamlessly connect with the outdoors, while the industrial detailing of the house ensures the rooms can be adjusted to suit the seasons, time of day and the number of people occupying the space.
The kitchen is divided into two sections, so the cooking area is concealed from guests in the living room.
