They offloaded the warehouse conversion before its scheduled auction in April, but the sale price was not disclosed until Tuesday.

Larry and Sylvie are expected to move into their new place in Darling Point.

The couple purchased the home five years ago after selling their Dover Heights clifftop property for $11.5million.

The apartment was converted from a 1924 building that was previously used as a depot for the Cadbury confectionary company.

There is a private lift entry and two of the bedrooms boast marble ensuites.

The home also has a luxurious kitchen with a cocktail counter and a fireplace.

That address had been collecting $850 a week in rent before changing hands.

The Emdurs also own an eco-friendly holiday home converted from an old shipping container in Kangaroo Valley.
