Lance Reddick dead at 60: The Wire and John Wick star ‘dies of natural causes’ at his home in LA
Actor Lance Reddick – known for his roles on The Wire and the John Wick franchise – has died aged 60.
It is not yet clear what caused his passing but law enforcement sources have informed TMZ that it appears to be ‘natural.’
Per the report, the actor’s body was discovered at his home in Studio City, California Friday morning around 9:30am.
His sudden death will shock movie fans, as Reddick was in the middle of a press tour for John Wick: Chapter 4, starring Keanu Reeves.

On Wednesday, Reddick posted a selfie with his dogs where he appeared to be at home, but did not reveal why he was missing the New York premiere of the latest John Wick film.
He is said to have had a guest appearance on The Kelly Clarkson Show scheduled for next week.
Reddick will arguably be best remembered for his role as Lt. Cedric Daniels on the hit HBO show The Wire.
The actor enjoyed roles in blockbuster movies including Godzilla Vs. Kong and Angel Has Fallen.

The son of Dorothy Gee and Solomon Reddick, Lance was born in Baltimore, Maryland, where he attended the private Quaker school Friends School of Baltimore.
He went on to study music at the Peabody Preparatory Institute, before moving into acting.
In the early 90s, Reddick attended the Yale School of Drama, eventually receiving a Master of Fine Arts degree in 1994
