Before Kourtney and Travis purchased the home, O’Brien significantly remodeled the 1950s beach house.
The 2,100 square feet with home 2-bedroom, 3.5 bathroom home also comes with a 2-bedroom guest house.
Other amenities include a soundproofed balcony, a two-car garage with Tesla charging station and a built-in BBQ.Â
The outdoor space includes a deck with ocean views, which also features private stairs that head down to the beach.
The news of Kourtney and Travis’ home purchase came as it was revealed that the newly-married couple still weren’t living together, though they do live in the same neighborhood.

‘We want our kids to also feel really comfortable and they have both lived in their homes their whole lives for the most part, and they each have their rooms and we are a block away,’ Kourtney said on the Not Skinny Not Fat podcast.
‘When the kids are at their dad’s house, I stay at his house and there’s still nights when we’ll stay at each other’s houses in between,’ Kourtney clarified.
‘I get up at 6 in the morning and I carpool every morning, and then I go straight to his house and have matcha. He has it ready for me,’ she adds.
Kourtney and Travis tied the knot in Santa Barbara in May 2022, before having a religious ceremony in Portofino, Italy a week later.
