Founded in 1970, Earth Day is now 52 years in the making.
Held annually on April 22, the festivities now consist of a wide range of events coordinated globally by EarthDay.org (formerly Earth Day Network), that’s estimated to include 1 billion people in more than 193 countries.
The growing movement to shine a light on an array of environmental issues has attracted people from all over the world, including celebrities wanting to use their platforms for the betterment of Planet Earth.
With the official Earth Day theme dubbed ‘Invest In Our Planet’ for 2022, Jenner gave a nod to Mother Earth by posting a video of herself wearing a white t-shirt with a sun that has a face on the front of it.
Around the sun there’s a number of quotes, including: ‘Save the rain forest’; ‘Stop acid rain’ and ‘Don’t pollute’.
The top model, 26, looked to be in the bedroom of her Los Angeles home, dressed only in that tee and skimpy shorts, and her long dark tresses pulled into a loose bun.
Along with the short clip, Jenner also shared sun, Earth and rainbow emojis.

She also made a point to reveal that the production of her new 818 Tequila brand is environmentally conscious.

EarthDay.org shared its most recent mission statement at the top of its website: ‘For Earth Day 2022, we need to act (boldly), innovate (broadly), and implement (equitably).
It continued, ‘It’s going to take all of us. All in. Businesses, governments, and citizens — everyone accounted for, and everyone accountable. A partnership for the planet.’
