Kelly Clarkson has been granted a temporary restraining order against an alleged trespasser who has repeatedly dropped off unwanted gifts at her Toluca Lake home – reports TMZ.

According to documents obtained by the publication, the singer, 40, had requested a Temporary Restraining Order (TRO) against 56-year-old Huguette Nicole Young, who it’s claimed has shown up at  Clarkson’s house at least 18 times since the end of October. It was granted until the hearing later this month.

Young has left items including dog toys, stickers, plants, notes and seeds on Clarkson’s porch, claims Michael Lopez, who says he has run Clarkson’s security for five years.

Clarkson has requested she wants her family, nanny and house manager protected from Young and is asking a judge to keep her ‘at least a football field away from her home, job, and children’s school.’

The documents claim a different security guard confronted Young to tell her she was on camera and was trespassing, with Young reportedly apologizing but still returning to the $5.4million home on numerous occasions.

DailyMail.com has contacted Kelly Clarkson’s representatives for comment.

Earlier this week it was reported  Clarkson’s security has filed a report with the Los Angeles Police Department.

A source also told the publication that LAPD’s Threat Management Unit (TMU), which handles cases of harassment or stalking, is now ‘investigating’ the threat.

Her team provided TMU surveillance footage of the person ‘dropping stuff off on her porch’ for them to ‘identify for a background check.’

The incidents appeared to have taken place at her exquisite home, complete with a lavish pool, spa, tennis and basketball courts, which she purchased in June.

Clarkson finalized her divorce from Brandon Blackstock in March, after two years of bitter negotiation.

Following her messy split, the mom-of-two vacated her coaching position on NBC’s The Voice after eight seasons after ‘a rough couple years.’

During an interview on Today in August, she revealed that she last had a free summer at the age of 16, four years before she shot to fame for winning the first season of American Idol.

‘And I don’t think it’s maybe common for a lot of working people – you don’t get summers off generally, like, unless you’re in high school,’ she acknowledged.

The Grammy winner continued: ‘But like I just hadn’t, I hadn’t had a minute, like, and it’s obviously been a rough couple years. So it was really important for me to like shut down for a minute.’

With her newfound downtime, she ‘literally four-wheeled in the mountains and ‘walked along’ the water on her property.

She revealed that she ended up spending the whole summer in the mountains ‘in nature’ with her sister, nephew and some friends.

Traveling to the countryside also made it easier for Kelly and Brandon’s children River, eight, and Remington, six, to spend time with both parents.

‘And the kids were with me, and with their dad, and it was nice because they usually have to travel a lot because of our separation, so we were both in Montana,’ she said. ‘So it was really, it felt kind of the first time, like, I think my kids felt a little more centered as well, so it was nice.’

As per the custody agreement, the children spend one weekend a month with their father at the former couple’s Montana ranch, where Brandon currently lives.
