Katie Price is reported to the police AGAIN

[ad_1]

Katie Price‘s former husband Kieran Hayler has reported her to police again, it emerged today.

Mr Hayler, who split from Price in 2018, spoke to officers last week and alleged she had asked one of their children to ‘pass a message to his fiancee Michelle Penticost’.

The glamour model, 44, who is currently sunning herself in Thailand, avoided jail again last week after claiming she ‘misunderstood’ the rules of a restraining order banning her from contacting Miss Penticost, who she had called a ‘gutter s**g’.

‘Kieran claims that Katie told one of their children to ‘tell Michelle she can’t send her to prison’ – he spoke to police about it last week as he feels like this breaks the rules of the restraining order,’ a friend told The Sun.

Mr Hayler’s representative confirmed to MailOnline that he had made the report to police and said investigations were ongoing.

Price’s agent has been contacted for comment.

The former I’m A Celebrity contestant faced the prospect of a stint behind bars after admitting her later restraining order breach, when she sent a text to Mr Hayler, branding Ms Penticost a ‘gutter s**g’.

She was convicted earlier this year, just weeks after flipping her BMW X5 having spent the night drinking and taking cocaine – her ninth driving offence.

Price – who attended court wearing an all-green outfit and was heard to tell a reporter to ‘suck my d**k’ after she was asked about the prospects of a prison sentence – had been banned from contacting Ms Penticost directly or indirectly for five years in June 2019.

This was after she hurled a foul-mouthed ‘tirade of abuse’ at her during a row in a school playground.

The message read: ‘Tell your c***ing w***e piece of s**t girlfriend not to start on me.

‘She has a restraining order so shouldn’t try antagonise me as she is in breach and I’m sure she doesn’t want people knowing that she was having an affair with you behind my back. That gutter s**g.’

The court heard the offence was committed due to Price’s use of the words ‘tell your’, which was an indirect attempt to communicate with Penticost.

It was also said that her message to Mr Hayler may have been triggered by an Instagram post by Ms Penticost, which she denies was aimed at Price.

But at Lewes Crown Court last week Price was told she would not be going to prison, but would have to do 170 hours of community service and pay £1,500 costs.

Judge Stephen Mooney told Price: ‘In my judgement, this offence was committed out of anger.

‘The words you used were highly offensive and inflammatory so the breach cannot be considered minor.

‘In my judgement, balancing the aggravating and mitigating factors, the appropriate sentence is a medium-level community order.’
