Katie Price breaks her silence after splitting from Carl Woods again

Katie Price confirmed she is single on Sunday as she shared a cryptic post to social media after splitting from Carl Woods during their make or break Thailand holiday.

The former glamour model, 44, and Carl, 34, attempted to rekindle their romance during the lavish holiday, but instead he ended up jetting home alone. 

Katie penned ‘the best things about single’ and listed off a string of benefits in a post on her Instagram story. 

The post read: ‘The best thing about being single is no drama, no fighting, no crying no, worries, no confusion, no heartbreak.’

Katie jetted off to Thailand with kids Bunny, eight, and Jet, nine, who she shares with ex-husband Kieran Hayler , 35, before Carl reportedly joined them as they continued to rekindle their romance.

It was recently reported that Katie had travelled on business class flights but Carl apparently jetted home alone after they called time on their relationship once again.

An insider told The Sun: ‘He says he won’t be made to look a mug. They’ve gone to Thailand as a family with hopes of being able to move on from what’s happened in the past.’

The duo went on to unfollow each other on social media and it follows the couple splitting late last year amid allegations Katie had cheated on the car salesman.

However, since returning to the UK, Carl got a new tattoo of his on/off girlfriend Katie amid speculation surrounding their romance.

Carl, 34, got a huge picture of the star throwing up her middle finger in a rude gesture inked on his chest.

He apparently got the latest artwork added to his already heavily tattooed body last week, according to snaps uploaded by a Gloucester studio.

According to the Mirror, the character is a ‘Mexican day of the dead girl’ which was ‘made to look similar to Katie and the business also described Carl as Katie’s ‘boyfriend’.

It’s not the first time that Katie and Carl have got permanent inkings on their forearms of each other to show their love.

They previously revealed they have got each other’s faces tattooed on their arms.

The mother-of-five went on to get Carl’s name added to her own with ‘Pricey Woods’ written near her elbow.

In a clip on their YouTube channel, the couple showed off the his and hers inkings and said they are even planning more tattoo tributes to each other.

Sat cosily next to her love in the video, Katie said: ‘I decided, I haven’t finished it yet. I may as well have a whole sleeve done of the kids, me, and Carl.

‘So here I’ve had Kate and Carl, I’ve got a bracelet there with all the kids, bangles, and here Pricey Woods. And above I’m going to do Priceywood like the Hollywood sign.

‘So I have had more pain.. I haven’t finished it yet, they’ve got to colour it all.’

In the clip, Katie asks Carl: ‘Do you really want me to be K Woods?’, to which he says yes before Katie responds with an ‘Awww’.

Carl’s latest inking also came after he appeared to make a dig at Katie as he took to his Instagram Stories to share a cryptic quote.

The car salesman’s post read: ‘Classy is when you have a lot to say but you choose to stay silent in front of fools.’

Katie allegedly splurged on £12,000 business class flights to Thailand for the family holiday, just in time for Carl’s 34th birthday.

But just a week ago, Katie dodged a bankruptcy court hearing for a fourth time over her £3.2million debt repayment.

A source told The Sun : ‘Katie’s taken Bunny, Jett and Carl to Thailand for the week – they went business class. It was £3,000 each.’

Carl even shared a snap of the luxury tickets to his Instagram tickets, writing: ‘Here’s to being 34 next week.’

Katie also took a selfie with Jett in matching blue outfits within an airport waiting lounge. She wrote in her caption, ‘Me and baby Jett in transit.’

Katie was down to appear in court on February 9 to answer questions on her bankruptcy but the hearing has now been ‘vacated’.

It has now been scheduled to be heard on April 12 at 12pm – where Katie will be questioned about her finances.

Katie, who was declared bankrupt in 2019, had agreed to a payment plan with creditors.

The mother-of-five, who has jetted off on 14 luxury holidays in the last year, vowed to pay back £12,000 a month to creditors of the firm through an individual voluntary arrangement.
