Kate Hudson showcased her sense of style as she bundled up during an evening outing in New York City on Wednesday. 

The Almost Famous actress, 43, slipped into a long, teddy-bear coat and tossed on a warm beanie to stay warm in the brisk, winter weather. 

Along with promoting her latest project, Glass Onion: A Knives Out Mystery, that premieres globally on Netflix on December 23, the beauty also revealed earlier Monday that she has been working on her first record on The Tonight Show With Jimmy Fallon.

Fashionable: Kate Hudson, 39, dressed warmly in a long coat and stylish pants as she stepped out in New York City on Wednesday 

The talented star also slipped into loose-fitting, olive-colored pants which were tucked into a pair of stylish, black combat boots. 

Kate additionally donned a long-sleeved, gray knit sweater which was partially covered with a cream-colored, teddy bear coat that fell down towards her ankles. 

The mother of three threw on a dark blue beanie on top of her blonde locks that naturally flowed down past her shoulders. 

A black, cross-body purse was slung over her shoulders, allowing the actress to place her free hands in the pockets of her coat in the chilly temperatures.

Kate opted to not accessorize her ensemble with any pieces of sparkling or flashy jewelry for her brief outing as she took in the sites. 

The Bride Wars actress has been spending time in the big apple to promote her most recent Netflix film, Glass Onion: A Knives Out Mystery, which premieres on December 23.

The sequel to the original and critically acclaimed 2019 movie, Knives Out, also stars Daniel Craig, Edward Norton, and Janelle Monae. 

Kate stopped by The Tonight Show With Jimmy Fallon earlier on Monday to discuss the film and give a small glimpse as to what fans can expect. 

‘I mean, you have few great experiences,’ she explained, adding that her stepfather, Kurt Russell, had told her that, ‘Every ten years, you know, if you’re lucky, you get another great experience making a movie where everything kind of fits. That’s what this felt like.’

While talking to Jimmy, Kate unveiled surprising news to the talk show host and the audience during the interview. 

The actress stated, ‘I’ve been making a record for like a year,’ and hinted that, ‘It’s so fun.’ 

The How To Lose A Guy In 10 Days actress further explained that she has been, ‘writing music’ since she was 19-years-old, and, ‘never shared it.’ 

‘And so I just thought that would be one of my great regrets. Like, I have no expectations. I just want to put a record out,’ Kate excitedly explained.

Glass Onion: A Knives Out Mystery is slated to be available later this month on December 23, after having a one-week theatrical release in November. 

Kate was cast to portray the character of Birdie Joy, while Bond actor, Daniel Craig, reprised his role as Detective Blanc. 

According to an IMDB synopsis, the premise of the sequel follows, ‘Famed Southern detective Benoit Blanc’ as he ‘travels to Greece for his latest case.’ 

Upon the first film’s release in 2019, the movie received numerous accolades, including an Academy Award nomination.

Kate also opened up about her mother and famed actress, Goldie Hawn, who recently attended a screening of the film.

‘I knew she would love it,’ the star stated on Late Night With Seth Myers, jokingly adding that her mother was ‘far more excited’ to see Edward Norton ‘after the movie than me.’
