Kaitlynn Carter shared sweet snaps announcing she has given birth to her second child on Friday.
The Hills: New Beginnings reality star, 34, posted a series of photos to Instagram of her and her boyfriend Kristopher Brock, 37, with their newborn baby girl shortly after her birth.
Alongside a white heart emoji, the ex-girlfriend of Miley Cyrus wrote in her caption: ‘…and then there were five…’
The pair welcomed their first child together – son Rowan, aged one – in September 2021, and announced that they were expecting again in October last year.
The fashion designer – who she started dating in May 2020 – also has a son named Charlie, seven, that he shares with his ex-wife Laura Vassar.

The carousel post showed the happy couple seemingly taking turns snapping photos of each other cradling their newest family member.
Their newborn daughter’s name has not yet been revealed.
In one snap, Kaitlynn appeared to be playing Yahtzee before giving birth.
She also shared black-and-white photos of herself holding their newborn daughter shortly after giving birth and of Kristopher cradling their baby.
Later, she changed into a cream cardigan and was seen tenderly smiling at her baby – who was holding onto her finger.
Last October, the couple announced they were expecting their second child by sharing a joint Instagram post showing off her baby bump.
‘Baby girl,’ Kaitlynn captioned the image, finishing her sweet and simple announcement with a white heart emoji.
Her boyfriend is seen in the background of the shot taking the photo of Kaitlynn in the reflection of a mirror.
The image prominently showed off her baby bump as she applied eyeliner in a mirror.
Dressed in nothing but a gray bra and white jeans, the MTV star stood to the side and showcased her growing stomach.
More heart emojis abounded in Carter’s comments section as she received congratulations and love from a bevy of her celebrity friends and few of her costars from The Hills.

This will be baby number 2 for the New Hampshire native as she continues to move further and further away from her party-girl heyday as the globe-trotting love interest of pop star Miley Cyrus, 29.
The pair’s whirlwind romance only lasted two months in 2019, but it reportedly wasn’t a casual fling as Kaitlyn was rumored to have moved in with Miley prior to the flameout of their short-lived relationship.
Both Carter and Cyrus were coming off of tumultuous marriages, with the Wrecking Ball singer parting ways from the actor Liam Hemsworth, 32, and Kaitlynn splitting up with Brody Jenner, 39.
Carter and Jenner – a veteran of The Hills and the son of Caitlyn Jenner, 73 – never obtained a U.S. marriage license after tying the knot in Indonesia. Since their 2018 marriage was not legally binding, the couple could easily part ways when they broke up in 2019.
Kaitlyn and Brody have remained on good terms since their amicable split. The Princes of Malibu alum wrote that his former wife would be ‘the best mom’ after she posted an Instagram photo of her first child.
Kaitlynn and Brock celebrated the birth of their son Rowan last year in September.
The new mom shared a series of touching photos on Instagram that showed her bonding with Rowan after bringing him home from the hospital.
