Bennett has performed in a number of holiday movies with Hallmark, and jokingly took it upon himself to welcome Lohan to the world of Christmas movie making.

‘As the self-proclaimed King of Christmas, I, with my authority, graciously welcome Lindsay Lohan into the Christmas movie world, and I hereby declare this year, Lindsay Lohan’s Christmas year,’ he chuckled.

He also gave Lohan some advice, saying that listening to fans’ stories connected to the movies is always inspiring.

‘I think the best advice is that when the fans come up to you and tell you about how much these movies mean to them, take the time to listen and hear their stories because it’s just going to make you want to do more of them,’ he explained.

Lohan’s Falling for Christmas follows an engaged heiress (Lohan) who develops amnesia after a skiing accident. She is tended back to health by the lodge owner (Chord Overstreet) and his daughter (Olivia Perez).

It is currently streaming on Netflix though reviews for the film haven’t been very good since its November 10 release.
