Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck were spotted checking out a retail space in Santa Monica on Friday, hours before officially announcing their second engagement.

The megastar, 52, looked stylish as ever wearing a striped long-sleeve top and blue bell bottom jeans as she stood next to her beau. Meanwhile the Academy Award winner, 49, sported a casual look, wearing a grey T-shirt, black jacket, matching jeans and black boots.

The outing happened just before the actress/singer posted a video of herself crying and looking at her sparkling engagement ring in a newsletter shared to her official website.

The veteran entertainer paired her fashionable ensemble with aviator sunglasses. Her brunette tresses were pulled into a slick bun atop her head.

The New York native added height to her look with a pair of open-toe white espadrille platform heels. The Hustlers actress accessorized with a black purse, large gold hoops, and a chunky watch on her wrist.

Meanwhile her beau completed his casual look with a white and blue trucker hat.
