Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck have had second thoughts about the mansion they were set to buy after they reportedly pulling out of escrow on the $34.5 million home just days before signing on the dotted line.
It’s unclear why J.Lo, 53,Ā who has been in dance rehearsals, and her new husband, 50, decided the massive home in the Pacific Palisades area of Los Angeles was not for them, according to TMZ.
The home offers seven bedrooms and 13 bathrooms, and is located in the prestigious Rustic Canyon.
It also has a six car garage, detached guest house, a pool and dining room with fireplace as well as a chic bar.

The outlet reported Ben and Jen had looked a had recently looked at other houses in the same area, including one at twice the asking price of the home they allegedly rejected.Ā Ā
The extended search to find a home for the newlyweds and their blended family has been going on for about a year.
The pair were often photographed visiting high-priced properties around Los Angeles.
At one point, it was believed Jen and Ben would beĀ renovating the sizeable mansion the All I Have singer owns in Bel-Air with a move-in date set for later this year.Ā
The Shotgun Wedding star has since put it on the market for $42.5 million, according to The Hollywood Reporter. It was reportedly undergoing renovations last August.
Before getting back together with Ben in April 2021, Jennifer was hunkered down in Miami, Florida with her twins Max and Emme, 15.Ā She shares her kids with ex-husband Marc Anthony, 54.

In a November 2022 article in Vogue, J.Lo referred to The Adam Project actress as ‘an amazing co-parent,’ and said they worked well together.Ā
The kids are top of mind for them, with the Marry Me star explaining, ‘They have so many feelings. Theyāre teens. But itās going really well so far.’
