Jennifer Aniston was playing the role of godmother on Monday afternoon.
The 54-year-old Murder Mystery actress was seen getting close to her 18-year-old goddaughter Coco Arquette.
The teen is the only child of Scream co-stars Courteney Cox and David Arquette who wed in 1999 and divorced in 2013.
Jennifer and Coco were sitting side-by-side in the audience as mom Cox received a star on the Hollywood Walk Of Fame as she promotes her latest movie, Scream VI, which opens on March 10.
At one point Aniston seemed to break down in tears as she listened to a speech then clapped away as Coco looked on.

Cox,58, was officially immortalized along the iconic boulevard with a newly-minted star on Monday, making her the 2,750th person to be bestowed with the honor.
Also there was Lisa Kudrow, 59, which reunited the three Friends stars.
Courteney’s long-time friend Laura Dern, 56, was also on hand to give a speech, and her long-time partner Johnny McDaid, 46, and daughter Coco Arquette, 18, were also in attendance.
Jennifer and Lisa had attendees laughing as they paid tribute to their co-star from behind the podium.
‘We’re very honored to be here today to speak on your behalf as your co-workers, your friends, and your family, your sisters,’ Jennifer began, according to ET Online. ‘And that’s happened since we’ve known you for a very long time.’
‘It’s been that way since we met almost 30 years ago,’ Lisa said before Jennifer chimed in with the joke: ‘No, not 30 years ago. That’s a typo.’
‘To be friends with Courteney is to be family with Courteney. She is responsible for all of that. From the beginning of when we met her, she was immediately inclusive, warm, loving, interested in everything about you,’ Jennifer continued.
The duo also recalled their first time meeting Courteney, and joked she was the most famous out of all her Friends co-stars.

They also remembered just how much Courteney ‘hated’ playing poker, a game the cast played with one another in order to bond.
‘She hated poker. Like, loathed it from the bottom of her heart. But she played with us ’cause she wanted to bond with us,’ Jennifer said.
Kudrow shared how they all learned about house flipping from Courteney: ‘And I remember Courtney saying, “Y’all, look, I’ve made more money with the houses than acting.”‘
The duo ended their speeches on a touching note: ‘Courteney, we just want to say that we are deeply, deeply proud to know you. You are the definition of a truly beautiful, talented, and, what’s most important, a truly good and decent human being… Thank you for enriching our lives personally,’ Kudrow said.
‘You’re one of the funniest human beings on the planet Earth. Nothing makes me happier than a Courteney joke and always making us smile. And thank you for enriching our lives with your work. We are so proud of you,’ Aniston said.
In Courteney’s speech, she gave a shout-out to her three ‘beautiful friends’ for their remarks. ‘I can’t believe all my friends are here. It’s so nice,’ she concluded her speech with.
The three women were by Courteney’s side as her star was officially unveiled. Courteney beamed with joy while Laura marveled at the sight of the brand new star.

Afterwards, Courteney posed for photos alongside her new star with her friends and family.
Daughter Coco fiercely embraced her mother and planted a kiss along her cheek while Johnny cosied up to the actress during their moment together.
Courteney has acting credits stretching as far back as the 1980s before she landed a role on the iconic series Friends as the uptight Monica Geller.
From 1994 to 2004, she starred opposite Jennifer, Lisa, Matt LeBlanc, Matthew Perry and David Schwimmer, playing a group of friends navigating their way through New York.
While on Friends, she was cast in the hit horror film Scream. She will be returning to her role of Gale Weathers for the sixth time in the upcoming sequel Scream 6.
For six years, she starred opposite Busy Philipps in the comedy series Cougar Town. She was nominated for a Golden Globe for Best Performance by an Actress in a Television Series – Musical or Comedy in 2009.
Outside of her prolific acting career, Courteney shares daughter Coco with her ex-husband David Arquette. She is now in a long-term relationship with Snow Patrol singer Johnny McDaid.
