Jamie Redknapp‘s wife Frida showed off her incredible figure as she took part in an intense workout on the beach during her family getaway to the Maldives.

The model, 38, took to Instagram on Wednesday to share a host of pictures and videos showing her kickboxing and lifting weights at luxury resort Joali.

She flaunted her toned abs in a black crop top and skimpy shorts as she showed off her incredible strength and gave an insight into her holiday exercise regime.

She added a touch of colour to her sporty look with a pair of bright yellow trainers as she proved her flexibility while perfecting a high kick on a boxing bag.

Frida swept her golden tresses away from her face and into a plaited high-ponytail as she focused on her very intense workout.

She bolstered her stunning features with a light dusting of natural make-up and accessorised her look with a dainty gold pendant.

The mother-of-five picked a very picturesque setting for her workout as she lifted weights at an outdoor beach gym in the Maldives.

She captioned her snap: ‘Dream Gym,’ while Jamie showed his support by commenting a love heart emoji.

Frida has been soaking up the sun in the Maldives with her husband Jamie and their son Raphael, 15 months, and has documented her trip with a series of stunning Instagram snaps.

Elsewhere on Wednesday, Frida showcased her impressive figure on Instagram in a navy shell print bikini while soaking up the sun on the beach.

She looked incredible in the strapless high waisted two-piece printed with shell patterns and styled her long blonde locks in chic beach waves.

The Swedish beauty was also seen carrying her and Jamie’s son Raphael as they posed in the picturesque location.

It comes after the former footballer discussed his relationship with his wife Frida Andersson, describing her as the ‘perfect mum’ who ‘ticks every box’.

Jamie made an appearance on The John Bishop Show where he joked that he’d be taking part in an older version of Love Island if had not met Frida.

He quipped: ‘Well if I’d not met Frida, I would have been doing that Love Island retreat you were talking about, I would have been signing up for that!’

Jamie was previously married to singer Louise Redknapp and they share two sons – Charley, 18, and Beau, 14.

Frida was previously married to hedge fund manager Jonathan Lourie, 58, and the pair share four kids together. 

Discussing his relationship with Frida, Jamie said: ‘One of my best friends introduced us so that made it quite easy. Frida had just gone through a divorce a couple of years ago.

Joking: Jamie, 49, was quick to take to the comment section and joked: ‘Thanks for the photo Cred!’

‘He said, “You guys are made for each other, you’ve got the same interests”. And yeah, thankfully she’s incredible, she’s a great mum, ticks every box, it’s just perfect! I’m very lucky.’

They have maintained a low-profile since they started dating, having gone public with their romance in August 2020.

Jamie and Frida married in October 2021, when she was heavily pregnant with their son Raphael.

The pair tied the knot at the Chelsea Registry office in London with a handful of guests of in attendance.

Soon after, Jamie shared an adorable snap cradling his baby boy, and revealed his wife Frida was ‘doing well’ after giving birth.

Along with the cute snap, Jamie penned the caption: ‘Meet Raphael Anders Redknapp we’re so in love, mum is doing so well too…

‘We can’t thank the amazing doctors and nurses at the Chelsea and Westminster enough. So excited for him to meet my boys.’
