Jamie Lee Curtis cried after watching her Halloween Ends co-star Kyle Richards become a ‘wreck’ in the emotional trailer for The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills 12th season reunion last Friday.

‘I’m really not okay right now,’ the 53-year-old reality star cried to executive producer Andy Cohen in the preview. ‘I don’t want to sit here for the toast. Can I leave?’

During the 12-hour shoot for the three-part reunion – airing this Wednesday on Bravo – Kyle shared bristly exchanges with her half-sister Kathy Hilton and castmates Erika ‘Jayne’ Girardi and Crystal Kung Minkoff.

‘[Jamie] actually called me this morning. We both get up really early, like ridiculously early, like 4:30 in the morning,’ Richards told TooFab on Monday.

‘And she was like, “I saw the trailer for the reunion, and I cried. It really hurt me to see you like that. You are a good person.” She starts giving me this pep talk, and she’s very important to me. She’s very special.’

The 63-year-old Emmy nominee is familiar with the storylines having appeared on the July 20th episode to promote her My Hand In Yours company to raise funds for Children’s Hospital LA.

‘She was like, “This is crazy. Now, I get why the fans love your show so much, this is unbelievable,”‘ the Hollywood-born socialite recalled.

‘She got a little insight to that when she came onto the Housewives too. She was like, “Now I get why people are so intrigued. I can’t believe this is all real. Like, you all are nuts.”‘

Kyle was famously only nine years old when she originated the role of Lindsey Wallace opposite Jamie in John Carpenter’s 1978 horror classic Halloween.

Richards and Curtis will conclude their respective roles in David Gordon Green’s final slasher Halloween Ends, which hits US/UK theaters this Friday.

‘Jamie always says we’re survivors of Michael Myers, and we’re survivors of Hollywood. And you know, all these years we’ve become closer and closer,’ the former child star gushed.

Kyle is looking forward to celebrating Halloween at her $8.25M Encino estate with second husband Mauricio Umansky and her four daughters – Farrah Aldjufrie, 33; Alexia Umansky, 26; Sophia Umansky, 22; and Portia Umansky, 14.

‘My eldest daughter was born on Halloween, Farrah,’ Richards noted.

‘So between being a mom of four kids and my daughter’s birthday and Halloween, we always do a big thing on Halloween. While I’m here in New York, my daughters are home decorating the house for Halloween. I just saw, like, purple and orange lights all over the inside of my living room everywhere. I was like, “Oh, okay, I guess I’m coming home to a haunted house!”‘
