Ivanka has mostly remained out of the public eye since she relocated from Washington, D.C. to Miami with her family last year.

Last Tuesday, Ivanka traveled to Louisiana to tour a community in New Orleans that was ravaged by tornadoes last month while delivering meals to locals in need.

She shared photos of herself working and posing with other volunteers with Mercy Chefs, a Christian non-profit that provides prepared meals to disaster victims, volunteers, and first responders.

‘On the road with my friends from Mercy Chefs today in New Orleans preparing and serving meals to families whose homes were destroyed by the recent tornadoes,’ she captioned her Instagram post. ‘Blessed to join them in these efforts as we pray for the people affected by these tornadoes.’

The tornadoes were the latest natural disasters to devastate the region, which is still reeling from Hurricane Ida last August and Hurricane Katrina nearly 17 years ago.

It’s unclear what the former businesswoman has in store for the future career-wise, but she has remained focused on helping provide food to families in need.

She has also stayed relatively quiet on social media, posting only about her volunteer work and her COVID-19 vaccinations since her father, former President Donald Trump, left office in January 2021.

The family has likely been looking to get some peace and quiet in the Sunshine State amid ongoing furor over New York Attorney General Letitia James’ investigation into the Trump Organization.

Last week, New York Attorney General Letitia James’ office said there is ‘significant evidence’ the Trump Organization relied on misleading financial statements to ‘secure economic benefits’ like tax breaks and loans.

The attorney general’s office has been fighting a months-long legal battle to get Donald Trump and his two oldest children to testify in James’ ongoing civil investigation into the former president’s real estate empire.

James’ probe, which she said, ‘began after a corporate insider gave sworn testimony that the Trump Organization had engaged in widespread fraud,’ is taking place as Trump is positioning himself for a potential run to try to recapture the White House in 2024.

Prosecutors also claim Trump, Don Jr. and Ivanka ‘were closely involved in the preparation’ of financial documents and ‘negotiated major transactions in which the Statements were used’ despite having ‘information that conflicted with the asset values appearing in the Statements.’

Also last week, Ivanka’s husband Jared Kushner, former US president Donald Trump’s son-in-law and top White House aide, answered questions willingly from the House panel investigating last year’s assault on the Capitol by a mob of Trump supporters.

Kushner is the highest-ranking Trump advisor and the first family member to testify so far. He appeared in private by video link voluntarily yesterday and was not subpoenaed.

Kushner was returning from Saudi Arabia on the day of January 6, 2021, and did not spend the night at the White House upon his return to the United States.

The select committee has also asked for testimony from Ivanka, who was in the White House on January 6 and pleaded with her father to speak out against the violence, according to reports.

Prosecutors in James' ongoing civil probe allege that 'at various points, appellants Mr. Trump and Donald Trump, Jr., personally certified' financial statements they knew to be misleading, and 'appellant Ivanka Trump used the valuations to negotiate several major transactions' involving a Florida golf course and hotels in Washington, DC and Chicago

Ivanka has worn many hats over the years, from entrepreneur to First Daughter to senior White House advisor – but since moving to the Sunshine State after her father lost his reelection bid, she has focused her efforts on her duties as a mom.

Last month, the mom of three went makeup-free for her early-morning outing and had her blonde hair pulled back into a messy low ponytail, while her two kids were both seen sporting uniforms from the local Jewish school that they have been attending for the past year.

The family has also enjoyed many beach outings since the family’s move to Florida.

A 82-page document filed last Monday reveals new details about why exactly James’ team wants to speak with Trump and both adult children.

Ivanka ‘was directly involved in certain financial transactions that rested on the potential misrepresentations in the Statements.’

She allegedly negotiated loans from Deutsche Bank for a golf course in Florida and hotels in Chicago and Washington, DC that relied on statements signed by her father.

All the while, prosecutors stated, Ivanka was aware of data that ‘would have produced a lower value for certain properties’ than those financial documents indicated.

Prosecutors argue in Monday’s filing that ‘appellants failed to offer any proof supporting their claim’ and ‘have not even attempted to show objectively discriminatory treatment.’

The document reveals new details about why exactly James’ team wants to speak with Trump and both adult children.

The ex-president ‘personally certified the accuracy of the Statements for the years prior to 2016’ and ‘was also involved in reviewing draft statements and preparing asset valuations.’

His oldest son Don Jr. ‘was responsible for the Statements for the years 2016 to 2020,’ prosecutors said, when Trump was in the White House.

James’ office also claims Don Jr. ‘personally certified’ financial statements on his father’s behalf in order to obtain loans from 2016 through 2019, even as he ‘received detailed analyses of business segments in the Trump portfolio’ that cast doubt on some of the statements’ veracity.

Just days later, Ivanka’s husband Jared Kushner, former US president Donald Trump’s son-in-law and top White House aide, answered questions willingly from the House panel investigating last year’s assault on the Capitol by a mob of Trump supporters.

Kushner is the highest-ranking Trump advisor and the first family member to testify so far. He appeared in private by video link voluntarily yesterday and was not subpoenaed.

Committee member Elaine Luria told MSNBC after Kushner’s appearance that he ‘was able to voluntarily provide information to us, to verify and substantiate his own take’ on the election.

‘It was really valuable to have the opportunity to speak to him,’ she said.

Kushner was returning from Saudi Arabia on the day of January 6, 2021, and did not spend the night at the White House upon his return to the United States.

The former president’s son-in-law’s testimony caps an intense period of almost daily revelations from the investigation.

The House of Representatives committee is piecing together a detailed account of the events of the January 6 Capitol riots itself.

Included in the investigation is the plot by Trump allies to overturn the 2020 presidential election and the misinformation campaign falsely claiming widespread fraud that led to the violence.

The select committee has also asked for testimony from Kushner’s wife, former first daughter Ivanka, who was in the White House on January 6 and pleaded with her father to speak out against the violence, according to reports.

The White House said on Tuesday it would reject any assertion of ‘executive privilege’ – which allows presidents to keep certain work-related conversations with aides private – from Kushner or Ivanka Trump.
