Busy actress and GOOP founder Gwyneth Paltrow shared on Wednesday what she has in her everyday bag.

‘A number of people have asked me, what is in your bag?’ began the Iron Man star.

She was in her GOOP offices in Los Angeles that had books on costume designer Edith Head and French fashion house Chanel in the background.

The Oscar winner – who was slammed earlier this week for her diet – looked glammed up with pretty makeup and her blonde hair worn down as she had on a black cardigan over a tank top, adding a dark beige skirt.

The bag was a blue and ivory $300 Rue de Verneuil Medium Traversée tote that she takes to the office. And it certainly is full as it contains a laptop, several lip balms, face oil, and a wallet.

But the most interesting thing in the clip was finding out who was on the front of her cell phone.

She had a black Celine wallet that she has had for ‘a long time’ – it has a yellow inside which makes her ‘happy’ she told the camera.

The daughter of Blythe Danner then pulled out a blue Smythson notebook that said GP on the front. The paper is not lined which does not ‘hem’ her in.

Her favorite product is all in one face oil and she has that in her bag to, though it might be a miracle that it doesn’t leak as oil usually does.

Then there is her large silver lap top.

‘What’s In My Bag: GP edition. Tap to shop the items she doesn’t leave home without,’ it said in the caption.

This comes after she sparked furious backlash after sharing her lengthy ‘daily wellness routine’ and revealing her diet consists of just bone broth and vegetables.

The businesswoman has sent the internet into a frenzy following her interview with Dr. Will Cole for The Art of Being Well podcast earlier this week.

She touched on a series of topics – including keyboard warriors and ‘conscious uncoupling’ – but it was her comments about her routine and diet that caused the biggest upset.

Dozens of social media users rushed to question her definition of ‘wellness’ as registered dieticians also urged people to ‘stop listening to celebrities.’

As part of the hour-long podcast, which was released on March 12, Gwyneth was asked: ‘What does your wellness routine look like right now?’

Her answer was snipped into a 40-second clip which was then uploaded to the podcast network’s own TikTok account.

In it, the actress says: ‘I eat dinner early in the evening. I do a nice intermittent fast.

‘I usually eat something about 12 and in the morning I have things that won’t spike my blood sugar so I have coffee.

‘But I really like soup for lunch. I have bone broth for lunch a lot of the days. Try to do one hour of movement, so I’ll either take a walk or I’ll do Pilates or I’ll do my Tracy Anderson.

‘And then I dry brush and I get in the sauna. So I do my infrared sauna for 30 minutes and then for dinner I try to eat according to paleo – so lots of vegetables.’

She concluded: ‘It’s really important for me to support my detox.’

But the clip, which has been viewed more than 1.8 million times and received 13.2 thousand comments, was met with fierce backlash.

She added that she tries to do one hour of movement each day - whether it be walking, Pilates or her Tracy Anderson workout
