Rain has blighted much of the tournament this year, with a host of matches affected or called off altogether by the weather.

Prior to the match, World Cup organisers have changed the playing regulations with a reserve day organised for Monday.

As a result, two hours had been added to allow play to continue late into Monday evening if it was needed.
