YouTuber KSI has given fans a grand tour of his new three-storey £10M ‘dream house’ in London.
The 90-minute documentary follows the 29-year-old, whose real name is Olajide William Olatunji, over the course of a year.
During the tell-all show, KSI: In Real Life, ‘JJ’ showed off his new pad and said: ‘You see, different. Different, now I’m living. Now I’m KSI.
‘Welcome to my humble abode, man. Cost me over ten mill. Obviously, the bank is hurting a little bit.’
He showed off his bedroom, which he likes to call ‘the palace’, and several spare bedrooms and bathrooms.

‘Another bathroom, just because. Oh, this one also has a shower, I didn’t even realise! I never checked that side of the door,’ KSI continued.
He only viewed the house once before purchasing it and later shows his stunned father Jide around.
KSI said: ‘I’ve seen it once, that’s it. Yeah, I’ve only seen it once. I’ve seen videos, so it reminded me and I was like, ‘Oh wow, this is sick.’
‘But I’ve only been there once and that was all I needed. I saw it once and I was like, yeah, this is it. This is the one.’
‘This is my dream house, man. In London, dream house in London,’ he added.
KSI moved into a £4.5million mansion in 2016 with three of his close friends, who were all part of a group of YouTubers dubbed as ‘The Sidemen’.
The luxury estate boasted six en-suite bedrooms, cinema, gym, large indoor swimming pool and sauna.
The group also had 24-hour security to guard the property. They all moved out of the house in December 2021.
He reportedly earns £2.9million ($4.5m) a year from his work on YouTube.

His pay will fluctuate as he is paid based on his activity, sponsorship and advertising revenue, rather than a salary from the video-hosting website.
Forbes listed KSI at No 5 in their ‘World’s Highest-Paid YouTube Stars’ list in 2015, but has since been overtaken by the Paul brothers, Logan and Jake.
And the British YouTuber isn’t shy about flaunting his wealth.
‘JJ’ shelled out £388,000 ($500,000) on a one-of-a-kind, diamond encrusted necklace, which was modelled on the Dragon Ball Z character ‘Beerus’.
KSI also brought to light how much money YouTubers could actually make, if successful, after he splashed out on a Lamborghini Aventador back in 2014.
It comes after KSI revealed he hid from his parents in the toilets for over an hour to avoid telling them his exam results.
The Youtuber, rapper and boxer was terrified of their reaction because they had sacrificed so much to send him to private school.
When he did eventually tell them about his AS Level C, D, F and U grades, his father Jide buried his head in his hands while his mother Yinka smashed glasses in the kitchen.
KSI – whose parents took on debt and more work to send him to the independent Berkhamsted School, Hertfordshire – said revealing his poor grades was ‘terrifying’ and ‘traumatic’.
KSI, real name Olajide Olayinka Williams Olatunji, told the Headliners podcast: ‘When I failed my (exams) the fear I had, oh my gosh.
‘We were in Portugal, I was in the toilet for about an hour and a half [because] I’d had a text from my teacher sending me the grades that I got for my AS levels.
‘I didn’t even finish the whole A levels I just did AS.
‘An it was like C, D, F and U, and I was just terrified, I was like ‘how am I going to show my parents this?’ They put so much time money and effort getting me into private school.
‘We were in so much debt because they were trying to get me into private school, and they were hoping I’d become a lawyer, doctor etcetera.
‘So for me to then come to them and be like ‘I failed,’ it was traumatic.
‘I eventually told them my grades and my dad’s head was in his arms, he was just so disappointed, my mum was screaming, she was breaking glasses in the kitchen.’
