Miller reportedly filmed reshoots for The Flash last week, and the script for the follow-up sequel is already in the works, MovieWeb reported
Earlier this month, Miller appeared in Vermont Superior Court where he pleaded not guilty to stealing three bottles of alcohol from their neighbor’s property in Vermont.
Miller was told to stay away from neighbor Isaac Winokur and faces 26 years in prison if they are found guilty of the charges, as well as more than $2,000 in fines.
They are accused of taking a bottle of gin, vodka and rum from Winokur’s pantry on May 1 at around 5pm.
The charges are the latest in a series of legal woes for the actor.
The Fantastic Beasts star was hauled into a meeting with Warner Bros bosses as his ongoing public issues threaten to put the already delayed $250million movie in jeopardy.
Some verified insiders posted their speculations on Twitter this week, while others say nothing is set in stone until after The Flash reaches its 2023 release date.
An artist on Instagram @Clements.Ink shared a piece of fan art that depicts MacKay replacing Miller as The Flash.
The 1917 star is pictured in a costume that is very similar to one of the costumes Grant Gustin wore in The Flash TV series on The CW.
Despite mounting rumors, it’s not known if DC and Warner Bros. have cut ties with the actor as Miller reportedly filmed reshoots for The Flash last week, and the script for the follow-up sequel is already in the works, MovieWeb reported.

Miller was arrested twice this year in Hawaii, including for disorderly conduct and harassment at a karaoke bar.
Also this year, the parents of 18-year-old Tokata Iron Eyes, a Native American activist, filed a protection order against Miller, accusing the actor of inappropriate behavior with her as a minor from the age of 12.
Her parents accused Miller of grooming their child and other inappropriate behavior with her as a minor from the age of 12 – which has been disputed by Tokota.

A Massachusetts mother was granted a temporary order of protection against Miller in June, on behalf of the woman’s 12-year-old child.
It was granted after the judge found the child faced ‘substantial likelihood of immediate danger of harassment.’
A mother-of-three and her young children have also moved into their Vermont farmhouse which is allegedly filled with guns and large quantities of marijuana.
The father of the children claims that the mother, 25, left their island home in Hawaii with Miller in April, and took the children without his consent.
Video from April, obtained by Rolling Stone, reportedly showed at least eight assault weapons, rifles, and handguns lying around the living room.
An expose also claimed that they ran a secret harem out of his Vermont ranch, a recent exposé on the actor’s arrests has shown – a de facto convent where the star asserted himself as a Jesus figure over a group of women.
Miller was charged with felony burglary in Vermont, and earlier this year was charged with disorderly conduct and harassment at a karaoke bar following two arrests in Hawaii in March
Miller, who uses they/them pronouns, was arrested twice in Hawaii in March and charged with disorderly conduct and second-degree assault.
They were accused of shouting and swearing at customers as they sang karaoke at a bar in Hilo, as well as grabbing a microphone from a 23-year-old woman.
At a court hearing for the incident, they pleaded no contest to one count of disorderly conduct and paid a $500 fine.
A married couple took out a restraining order against them, after Miller burst into their bedroom and threatened to kill them, then left stealing her passport and his wallet.
In April the star was accused of throwing a chair at a 26-year-old woman, hitting her at a private party in Pahoa.
A video of Miller appearing to choke a woman at a bar in Reykjavik, Iceland, also surfaced in April 2020, but did not result in any charges.

In August Miller announced that they were seeking treatment for ‘complex mental health issues’, after Hollywood bosses were forced to reconsider their future in the DC’s cinematic universe.
They said in a statement: ‘Having recently gone through a time of intense crisis, I now understand that I am suffering complex mental health issues and have begun ongoing treatment’
‘I want to apologize to everyone that I have alarmed and upset with my past behavior. I am committed to doing the necessary work to get back to a healthy, safe, and productive stage in my life.’
