Eight months into her pregnancy with baby number two, Ashy took to social media to question a common comment she would get about her growing baby bump.

‘When people say ‘wow you’ve really popped’… I’ve never really understood this comment especially to a woman in her third trimester or someone who is 36 weeks and ready to birth a fully grown baby,’ she wrote in an Instagram post weeks before her due date.

The other comments she questions are when she’s told her bump is ‘carrying small’ – or the complete opposite of ‘wow you’re huge’.

‘I think just no. I don’t know any women pregnant or not being told they are huge is something we want to hear,’ she said.

Earlier on in her second pregnant Ashy voiced her concern that fellow mothers on social media were ‘shaming’ her for having a small bump.
