Ellie Goulding has reportedly penned an X-rated track about her sex life with her husband Caspar Jopling.
The singer, 36, is said to have debuted the track, titled Waiting For It, at a small gig where she joked about what kind of ‘mood’ she was in when she wrote the lyrics.
The track, which reportedly features plenty of raunchy lyrics about her intimate moments, will appear on Ellie’s upcoming fifth album Higher Than Heaven.
According to The Sun, the song includes the lyrics: ‘We can f*** the world away, I’ve been reconditioned into new positions.’
It reportedly adds: ‘Pouring you in my cup, let it drip on my fingers, but it’s never enough, I want it again.’

Belting out the track on stage, Ellie is believed to have joked: ‘You can tell what mood I was in when I wrote this song.’
Lovebirds Ellie and her art dealer beau Caspar, 31, tied the knot back in August 2019 and they welcomed their first child Arthur, two, in April 2021.
Ellie recently said of her new album: ‘It is about being passionately in love. But it’s a hyper form of love, almost like a drug-induced feeling.’
MailOnline has contacted Ellie’s representatives for comment.
The star delayed the release of her fifth album, Higher Than Heaven, from February 3 to March 24 due to ‘exciting opportunities behind the scenes’.
She took to Instagram to make the announcement, and attempted to appease fans’ disappointment as she unveiled a teaser of her single Like A Saviour.
Alongside a glimpse of her new music video, Ellie penned: ‘To my incredible fans – I’m sorry to announce that we’re delaying the release of Higher Than Heaven to March 24.
‘I know you’ve all been so patient with me but we’ve had some exciting opportunities appear behind the scenes which I cannot wait to share with you in due course.
‘In the meantime as a thank you for your patience, I’m excited to confirm that my new single is called Like A Saviour. It’s coming soon, we’ve shot the video and it’s one of my favourite videos I’ve ever done.

The singer recently spoke about her upcoming album, admitting: ‘There was definitely a darkness about [the past two years] that was palpable in the studio, with everyone having gone through it differently.
‘I think for that reason, nobody wanted to sit and agonise over some relationship or some drama. So that’s how this album came together.’
