The driver who plowed his Toyota SUV into an Apple store outside of Boston has been charged with reckless homicide after killing a construction worker at the scene.
Hingham Police announced early Tuesday morning that they have obtained a warrant charging Bradley Rein, 53, with reckless homicide.
Authorities say he is responsible for driving his Toyota 4Runner into the Apple Store on Derby Street early Monday morning, injuring 19 people and killing Kevin Bradley, a 65-year-old from New Jersey.
According to Apple, Bradley was a ‘professional who was onsite supporting recent construction at the store.’
Rein is set to be arraigned in Hingham District Court on Tuesday.
