Green-fingered Dominic Cooper fills up his classic £65k red Austin Healey-Sprite with giant plants as he goes for a spin around London
Classic car lover Dominic Cooper was seen taking his £65k Austin Healey-Sprite for a spin on Thursday.
The actor, 43, could be seen with two huge plants which he squeezed into the vehicle in London’s Primrose Hill.
He later sped off in the car, which retails at anything between £1,800 and £65,000 plus, dependent on its condition.

The Mamma Mia! star donned a dark hoody and trousers with grey trainers as he stepped into the Austin Healey-Sprite.
One interested passerby was seen taking photographs of the vehicle, which drew attention.
The car is a small open sports car that was produced in the UK from 1958 to 1971.
It first retailed at £669 and had a top speed of 82.9 mph and could accelerate from 0–60 mph.

Dominic revealed in 2021 that he’d had five cars stolen from his north London home in the space of a year.
Thieves took his 1978 Ferrari Dino 308 GT4 – valued at around £83,000 – a Range Rover, another vintage Austin Healey, as well as his prized Jaguar XF.
His lavish convertible red Jaguar F-Type coupe was also broken into in an unfortunate run of bad luck.

Earlier in 2021, MailOnline exclusively revealed that Dominic’s stolen Ferrari was found at a junkyard.
The rare 1978 Ferrari Dino 308 GT4 was recovered by police, dozens of miles away from the star’s north London home.
Thieves appeared to hotwire the gleaming red sports car as it sat outside the star’s abode in upscale Primrose Hill, with police finding it days later at a scrapyard over 50 miles away in Reigate, Surrey, along with four other stolen vehicles.

A source told MailOnline at the time that the car had been taken to a compound, explaining: ‘The dash has been broken. Some of the wires have been cut.
‘The car is not in pristine condition, it needs a polish. Everyone was talking about how it is Dominic Cooper’s car.’
Speaking at the time, the Metropolitan Police said a car matching Dominic’s was recovered in Surrey.

A spokesperson said: ‘On February 19 we received a report that a vehicle had been stolen from Primrose Hill. The theft is believed to have occurred earlier the same day.
‘On Tuesday, February 23, a vehicle matching the description of the one reported stolen was recovered from a Surrey address by Surrey Police. Enquiries continue.’
A Surrey Police spokesperson added: ‘We can confirm a number of vehicles, which are believed to have been stolen, were recovered at an address in Betchworth on February 23. Enquiries remain ongoing.’
