Disgraced Today show host Matt Lauer, 64, finally sold his plush Sag Harbor property after dropping the price  after three years on the market.

The name of the new owner and the sale price has yet to be disclosed.

The luxe mansion, which features 12 bedrooms, two guest houses, a heated swimming pool and sweeping views of Peconic Bay, was bought by Lauer in 2016 from Pretty Woman actor Richard Gere in 2016 for $36.5 million – a steep discount from the $65 million the actor was originally looking for.

Lauer has, who was fired from his $28 million-a-year position at NBC in 2017 amid a flurry of sexual misconduct allegations, has been trying to sell the property since 2019 – the same year he also divorced his model/equestrian wife, Annette Roque.

The former NBC broadcaster originally asked $44.8 million for the waterfront property which overlooks Peconic Bay across from the Mashomack Preserve on Shelter Island.

But he ended up taking it back off the market when no one bit.

Last summer Lauer dropped the price of the property, known as ‘Strongheart Manor’ which boast a 60-foot heated pool, basketball court and outdoor fireplace pavilion to $43.99 million, according to Mansion Global.

The price drop appeared to have done the trick as the New York Post reports he has finally found a buyer this week.

The features of the property make it hard for any multi-millionaire to pass up.

Built in 1902, the home has been upgraded with the latest energy-efficient feature and a geothermal heating system.
