Danielle often displays her taut figure on sunny getaways and social media, and has pulled back from drinking to achieve the better diet.

She continued: ‘In 2021 I did a whole year of not drinking and it’s the best I’ve felt in my whole life. I don’t want to go completely teetotal because I do enjoy a glass of wine with a meal, but I’ve got balance now.

‘I try and stick to a keto diet, which I really enjoy. I eat a lot of fish and allow myself chips or mashed potato from time to time.’

Danielle rose to prominence when she was stripped of her Miss Great Britain title after posing nude in the December 2006 edition of Playboy magazine – with the title later reinstated in 2010.

But she was no stranger to scandal and often enjoyed a wild night on the town with pals, fuelled by drink and drugs.

Looking back, the star admits to being out of control at the time, and even shares the toll it had on her mental health – leading to her ‘not wanting to be alive’.

Following a stint in rehab at 24, Danielle has now swapped boozy nights for early beds.

She shared that while enjoying date nights with her beau, she ensures they are home by 8pm so they can sleep before the school run in the morning.
